This page is draft template content for development purposes. It has not been reviewed by qualified legal counsel and must not be relied on as a finished policy. Replace with counsel-reviewed language before this platform accepts real investors or funds.
1. Why we verify identity
Identity verification (KYC) is required before any investor can purchase units on the platform. It exists to confirm you are who you say you are, meet applicable regulatory obligations, and support the AML programme described in our AML Policy.
2. What you'll need to provide
A government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence), proof of current address, and basic personal details. Additional documentation, such as source-of-funds evidence, may be requested depending on your circumstances.
3. Review timing
Most submissions are reviewed within one business day. Some cases require additional manual review and may take longer, particularly where documents are unclear or additional information is needed.
4. Outcomes
A submission may be approved, rejected, or returned with a request for additional information. If rejected, you will be given a general reason where permitted and the option to resubmit with corrected documentation.
5. Re-verification
We may periodically request updated documentation, particularly where an ID has expired or account activity indicates a change in circumstances.
6. Data handling
Identity documents are stored securely and handled per our Privacy Policy. Access is restricted to compliance personnel and auditors.
