1. What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, contact information), identity documents submitted for KYC review, transaction and investment history, and technical data such as device and log information when you use the platform.

2. Why we collect it

To operate your account, complete identity verification required by law, process investments and payments, communicate with you about your account, meet regulatory and audit obligations, and improve the platform.

3. Identity documents

Documents submitted for KYC are stored securely and access is restricted to compliance personnel and auditors. See the KYC Policy for how verification works.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help operate the platform (identity verification providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure), and with regulators or law enforcement where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Account and transaction records are retained for as long as required by applicable financial recordkeeping and AML regulations, which may extend beyond account closure.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to our regulatory retention obligations. Contact compliance@discoveryrealestates.com to make a request.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging to protect account data. No system is completely secure; report suspected issues to compliance@discoveryrealestates.com.
