These Terms govern access to and use of the Discovery Real Estate platform, including the website, investor dashboard, and any related services. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.

Access to investment features requires identity verification (KYC) and, where applicable, eligibility screening. We may decline, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion, including where verification cannot be completed or where required by law.

Units purchased through the platform represent fractional interests in specific properties, subject to the individual investment agreement provided at the time of purchase. Units are not deposits, are not insured, and are not guaranteed by Discovery Real Estate or any government body.

Fees applicable to a given investment, deposit, or withdrawal are disclosed before you confirm the transaction. We do not change fees on a completed transaction retroactively.

Investing in real estate carries risk, including loss of principal. Read the full Risk Disclosure before investing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any two-factor authentication method on your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active account holders before taking effect.
